The future holiday house will be appropriate for 2 till 8 people. It will be built in a contemporary style and be placed high above the valley of the "Ourthe" river (in the middle of the "Natural Parc of the 2 Ourthes") and flawlessly integrated in the superb surroundings. Wherever you will be in the chalet, you will always be able to enjoy the exceptionally view of open country,wooded slopes, and the valley of the "Ourthe"...
Description of the future chalet: The house will be about 12.4 m long and 6.4 m wide with a ground floor and a first floor, net surface of about 120 m2. The house is at this moment in planning.
Description of the ground floor: Spacious and light living room with fully fitted kitchen integrated. Separate lavatory, hall and storage space. Adjacent to the living room is a covered deck at the south side. You will be able to have your breakfast or dinner outside,even if the weather is less beautiful. A paneled door will keep the wind away from your table, while you will enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The stairway towards the first floor is integrated in the living room.
Description of the first floor: The first floor has 3 separate bedrooms, one of them has a covered balcony, where you would be able to enjoy the sunset and the view. There are 2 bathrooms, one with sink, lavatory and bath, the other one with shower and sink. Hall with a beautiful view.
The chalet will be well-appointed in a contemporary and cosy style. Flat screen satellite TV, Radio-cd mp3 set, Wireless Internet access, kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave.The central heating is gas-fired, wood-burning stove for pleasant winter evenings.The garden is about 200 m long, behind that wooded slopes and the valley of the Ourthe.
